– If we are unable to contact you within 3 days after the order has been delivered, the delivery company will return the goods to Ohhaun. We will notify you via the provided contact details and proceed with canceling the order, issuing a full refund within 15 working days.

– When receiving the product, please carefully check to ensure the quantity and quality are correct as per the order. Signing or photographing the product serves as proof of successful delivery.
3. Confidentiality:
– The delivery company will collect necessary documents such as signatures or photos upon delivery and store them as required. We are committed to protecting your information and will only use this data for resolving disputes, supporting customers, or other legitimate purposes.
4. Video Recording Upon Delivery:
– To safeguard your rights in case of return or warranty claims, we recommend recording a video when unboxing and inspecting the product as evidence.

a. Free nationwide shipping for orders valued at 200,000 VND or more.
b. For orders under 200,000 VND, a shipping fee of 30,000 VND applies nationwide.
Delivery Time:
a. Orders within Ho Chi Minh City: Products will be delivered within 2-3 days from the order date.
b. Orders outside Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces:
Central areas of provinces/cities: Delivery time ranges from 2-5 days.
Rural areas, districts, towns: Delivery time ranges from 5-6 days.
c. However, delivery times may be affected by external factors such as holidays, difficult-to-find delivery addresses, or delays in the delivery service. We appreciate your understanding regarding any issues beyond Ohhaun’s control.
d. In case of delivery delays, Ohhaun will immediately notify the customer and either proceed with delivery or assist with order cancellation if requested. We will issue a refund if payment has been made and the product has not been received due to delivery issues. However, we are not responsible for delays not related to returns.
