Shipping Policy

We provide shipping services with the following policies:

• Delivery Coverage: Nationwide delivery (within Vietnam territory). International shipping is not supported.
• Delivery Time:
  • Ho Chi Minh City inner areas: 1–2 business days.
  • Suburban areas and other provinces/cities: 3–5 business days (depending on area and shipping carrier).
  • Delivery time excludes Sundays, holidays, and Tet holiday.
• Shipping Fees:
  • Orders from 200,000 VND and above: Free nationwide shipping.
  • Orders under 200,000 VND: shipping fees range from 20,000 – 40,000 VND depending on the area.
• Product Inspection Policy: Customers are allowed to inspect products before payment (no product testing). If products are damaged or broken during shipping, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately for exchange/return support.
